Thursday, November 7th, 2019, is a day that will now live in TV history as The View celebrated its 5000th episode! From special shout-outs from Oprah Winfrey and Taylor Swift to a custom decorated stage, the entire event was a day to remember.
Palermo Bakery was lucky enough to be a part of The View’s incredible milestone by creating a custom cake to commemorate the occasion.
Made from vanilla sponge cake with cannoli cream (yum!), the cake itself featured a golden New York City skyline with the number 5000 in gold to match. With shooting stars and a gorgeous blue color scheme, the entire design was topped with a scale model of the show’s iconic folded leaf table.
Certainly a once in a lifetime event that Palermo Bakery was especially proud to take part in. Congratulations to everyone on The View!
