NUT ALLERGY

While we can accommodate cakes omitting nuts and nut-flavoring, we are not a nut-free facility and actively have nuts on premises. Cross contamination may occur.

GLUTEN ALLERGY

We do offer gluten-free options, but they are not tiered or part of the tiered cake. These are made in individual tiers only, simple decor and limited flavors. We are not a GF facility. Cross contamination may occur.

EGG ALLERGY

We do offer vegan options, but they are not tiered or part of the tiered cake. These are made in individual tiers only, simple decor and limited flavors. We are not a vegan facility. Cross contamination may occur.

365SHOP ORDERS:

All orders are final and not subject to cancellations/refunds.

CUSTOM CAKE ORDERS:

Any orders placed on and less than 2 weeks from the order date are considered final and not subject to cancellations/refunds.

In the event that an order (placed more than 2 weeks before event) is canceled within 3 business days from making payment, Palermo’s will happily refund 100% of the payment. Any time after the 3 business days grace period, 50% of the total balance may be refunded, while the other 50% of the total payment is store credit.

COMPLAINT POLICY:

Any issues with our product must be reported to us strictly, within 3 standard business days. We ask you to email us at info@palermobakery.com and provide photos of any issues that you are reporting, to support your claim.
